Accommodation Deadline: 28 September 2026. Bookings made during registration.

The below accommodation rates can only be booked via the conference registration process. If you wish to make an amendment to your accommodation booking or if you wish to add accommodation after you have already registered for the conference. Please email apsadconference(at)ashm.org.au with your preferred hotel and check in/check out dates.


The accommodation booking deadline is Monday 28 September 2026.

All amendments and cancellations after this deadline will need to be made directly with the hotel.

Esplanade Hotel Fremantle by Rydges

Superior Double Room (2 x double size beds): $265 per night

Superior Pool View Room (1 x queen size bed): $265 per night

Superior Room (1 x queen size bed): $255 per night

Add pre-booked breakfast for an additional $30pp per day


Hotel Terms & Conditions:

  • A credit card is required to guarantee any incidentals that may be incurred during your stay. Any outstanding amounts are payable upon departure. Please note, a merchant surcharge of 1.5% will be applicable.
  • Any cancellations received within 30 days of your booking will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the full accommodation component (100%).
  • Any additional rooms will be on a request basis at the best available rate, subject to availability. All cancellations must be received in writing and must be re-confirmed by the hotel.
  • “No shows” will be subject to a minimum charge of one night’s room charge, to a maximum of all room night booked, at the contracted rate for the entire stay.
  • Breakfast pre-booked is available at $30.00 per person. If taken on the day the cost is $38 per person.
